Description

The SMA Sunny Island X 30 LCD is a three-phase battery inverter for grid-connected and off-grid energy systems. It is designed as a central AC-coupled storage system for island grids, hybrid grids, or grid-parallel applications and enables operation even in demanding environments. The device platform is designed for modular system architectures in which AC power and storage capacity can be flexibly expanded. Thanks to the integrated DC-DC converter, the inverter is compatible with a wide range of approved battery technologies. The design for stable rated power even at elevated ambient temperatures supports reliable continuous operation. For monitoring and system integration, the SMA ecosystem with portal connection and standardized communication interfaces is available.
