The LONGi LR7-54HVD is a bifacial dual-glass module from the Hi-MO X10 series featuring HPBC 2.0 cell technology, offering an efficiency of up to 24.5 %. It combines a robust glass-glass construction with anti-shading technology, high mechanical load capacity, and an optimized temperature coefficient, ensuring stable yields even under demanding conditions.
Module TechnologyHPBC 2.0 technology (Hybrid Passivated Back Contact) relies on a full back-contact structure with no visible busbars on the front. This maximizes light absorption and significantly increases efficiency. Thanks to optimized passivation and improved cell architecture, this technology offers higher energy yield, improved temperature stability, and a longer service life compared to conventional cell technologies.
QualityAt LONGi Solar, quality is the top priority. In addition to complying with IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 standards, LONGi goes one step further: testing is conducted with triple the standard testing times. Specifically, this means that the Damp Heat Test lasts 3,000 hours instead of only 1,000 hours. This extra effort ensures that the modules reliably meet the requirements of the standards throughout their entire life cycle.
SustainabilityLONGi modules represent true sustainability: their high efficiency and long service life lower energy consumption and reduce CO₂ emissions over the entire life cycle. WarrantyThe LONGi LR7-54HVD offers, depending on the variant, up to 25 years of product warranty on material and workmanship defects, as well as a 30-year linear performance warranty. In the first year, at least 99 % of the nominal power is guaranteed, and after 30 years, it remains at approximately 88.9 %. Both warranties are subject to professional installation and use according to the manufacturer's specifications.
