The DMEGC M10T-B32HBT is a compact, bifacial glass-glass solar module featuring N-type TOPCon technology, a nominal output of 255–270 Wp, and a module efficiency of up to 22.9 %. Weighing only about 15.3 kg and measuring 1542 × 766 × 30 mm, it is ideal for roofs with limited space or architecturally demanding applications.
Module TechnologyN-type TOPCon technology (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) utilizes an ultra-thin tunnel oxide layer and passivated contacts to minimize electron recombination, thereby achieving efficiencies of over 24 % and high temperature stability. It is based on n-doped silicon, which is less susceptible to light-induced degradation, and its bifacial design enables additional energy gains, making the technology particularly efficient and durable.
QualityDMEGC modules are recognized for their high-quality workmanship, reliability, and efficiency, with efficiencies up to 21.5 % and good performance even in low light or partial shading. They are Bloomberg Tier 1 listed, have been multiple times awarded as "Top Performer" in independent tests, and received top marks for mechanical load capacity, temperature coefficient, and PID resistance, confirming their durability and quality.
SustainabilityDMEGC modules are particularly sustainable, as their production is 100 % powered by renewable energy and the plants are operated as CO₂-neutral, certified by TÜV SÜD. WarrantyThe DMEGC B32HBT offers a 25-year product warranty against material and manufacturing defects, as well as a 30-year linear performance warranty, which provides for a maximum degradation of ≤1 % in the first year and ≤0.4 % per year thereafter. After 30 years, a minimum performance of approximately 87.4 % of the nominal output is guaranteed, underscoring the long-term reliability of the module.
