Technology

Cell technology:
TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) is a cell technology that reduces electrical losses and increases efficiency through a thin oxide layer. It improves electron current conversion and is considered an advancement of PERC technology.

Cell format:
This module uses a multi-cut cell design. This means that the cells are divided into many small cell elements so that the entire module can be covered with cells. The unique feature is that the 2D matrix technology uses two cell elements of different sizes to create the typical matrix grid.

Module structure:
Double glass modules consist of glass on the front and back. They are characterized above all by better protection against damage and weather influences such as hail, wind and dirt as well as increased cell protection. In addition, they can be disposed of more sustainably and are easier to recycle.

Other:
2D matrix technology describes a special cell interconnection within a photovoltaic module. The solar cells are connected in a two-dimensional matrix—in both rows and columns—rather than in a simple series circuit.

This significantly reduces the impact of shading, as the current flow can take alternative paths. Even if individual cells are shaded or defective, a large portion of the module's output is retained. This technology improves energy yield, increases module reliability, and extends its service life, especially under real conditions such as partial shading. Further information can be found here.

Warranty

Product warranty:
The product warranty for this module is 25 years. It covers defects such as cracks, delamination or faulty connections and guarantees proper functioning under normal conditions. The warranty includes repair or replacement by the manufacturer.

Performance warranty:
The performance warranty for this module is 30 years. After the warranty period, a minimum performance of 90% is guaranteed.
